"Just got a new front tire installed on my Stratioliner this morning. I called at 9:00, came in at 10:00, and rode out of the lot before 10:45, all with very minimal advance notice on my part. Less than an hour on what was essentially a drop-in. David and Eric always provide great customer service and attention to detail--they go the extra mile for their customers. These guys need to be acknowledged for the severely EXCELLENT job they do. The mechanics are top notch as well. Same for Original Mike over in parts--that guy is an awesome repository of knowledge and his dedication to customer service is amazing. I award 5 enthusiastic stars to both Service and Parts. "I took my wheels in to have tires mounted and forks for new seals. The tires were cheaper than Cycle Gear! They did not have the seals in stock, but ordered them right away. Upon arrival of the seals, they installed them immediately and called me to pick them up. When I got there, I found that there was some type of solvent (?) damage to the finish on the very bottom of the fork leg. Eric (service guy) did not even question it, he apologized, took pictures and said he would find a way to make it right. While I ultimately fixed it myself, Eric offered me a reasonable credit on the cost of service. I was totally satisfied and will return in the future."

"Had an issue with tire installation scratches. The owner himself waited on me, gave me a gift card and had Parts order me a touch up paint for the gold rims on my 2008 FZ1. Great after service customer care. They know how to keep enthusiast competing back. The owner took the time to explain the install process and how the equipment could not make the scratches I had. Glad I but all my maintenance parts at PCP."

"Yesterday I purchased a Hyosung GT250R. After being in a rather painful wreck about 5 1/2 years ago, taking me a month and a half just to be able to limp around with a cain, and taking another two years to be able to use my knees without excruciating pain, I finally saved up and bought a bike. The ride home was a Zen experience. 76 miles from the storefront to my garage. I have been riding since I was 5 years old, started with a Honda 50 in the very early 70's. Any way, enjoying the ride, the smells of the environment, the wind, the sound of the bike, it was totally awesome. Like they say, if you get thrown off a horse, you can either get back on and never fear the horse again or you can walk away and live in fear of the horse. I chose to get back on and continue to enjoy what makes me truly happy. I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to EVERYONE there at PCP Motorsports who assisted me. I can not recall a better experience and will direct everyone I know who is interested in purchasing a bike, jet ski, quad or accessories to your business. "I can remember coming into PCP motorsports with my father back when it was on Freeport Blvd. So naturally when I wanted to get a bike I thought of these guys, went in and fell in love with a 2008 ZX14R after speaking with the sales and finance guys, I found out that even though my credit was less then stellar I could still get the bike that I fell in love with. Before this I had another bike that the guys in service helped me out with on more then one occasion. Even though the shop is 50+ miles from my house I continue to make the trek down there for any and everything that I need for my bike. "Just bought a Yamaha TMAX and very happy. Set up was great. Sales consultant, Eddie, very helpful and honest, low pressure, service staff gave me a very thorough orientation to the bike, and ready for pick up on time with a full tank of gas. Just a small bump in the price negotiation but at the end of the day a win-win for both customer ( me ) and PCP ..who has been in business for 38 years. I plan on making another cycle purchase soon and will go with PCP ... great selection ..nice accessories (super deal on a helmet ) and again, staff was very knowledgeable in getting me the right fit. Last, great selection of top brands including Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki ...motorcycles and scooter. Oh, I bought a pre-owned Yamaha TMAX with only 2200 miles and bought the Extended warranty which is an insurance policy backed and administered by the Yamaha manufacturer. I would not hesitate in recommending PCP as a great and trustworthy dealer to buy Motorcycles or other A TVs. 38 years in business they have to be treating customers well with good bikes, prices, selection and service. "I had my bike for sale on Craigslist PCP had a sales rep Al call me in to look at my bike. Before I even reached the location they informed of the range I would be looking at for my bike. I brouth the bike down to PCP on a Friday afternoon and both Al and sales manager Chad were extremely courteous and professional. They inspected my bike as soon as possible and gave me what I believe is a fair price coming from a dealership. Just so any potential customers reading this know I have also had work both mechanical and cosmetic done at this location.
